Advertising & affiliate disclosure
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This page sets out how FindGuides makes money, how that is kept separate from what we write, and what we would tell you if any of it changed.
Today
As of the date above, FindGuides runs no advertising and uses no affiliate links. We have no sponsors, no paid partnerships, and no commercial relationships with any of the brands or product categories we write about. We do not accept payment, free products, or any other incentive in exchange for coverage or for changing what a guide says.
If that changes
We may, in future, add affiliate links or display advertising to help fund the work. An affiliate link means we could earn a small commission if you buy something after clicking it, at no extra cost to you. If we ever do this, we will:
- Say so clearly on this page and label affiliate links where they appear.
- Keep the advice itself independent, so a commission never decides what we recommend.
- Continue to write about product categories and what to look for, not pay-to-win rankings.
We will not invent sponsors, partnerships or endorsements that do not exist, and we will not present advertising as if it were editorial.
Why we keep this line
The value of a guide is that you can trust it. Payment for placement quietly destroys that trust, which is why we separate any future revenue from the recommendations themselves. You can read more about how we research and stay independent on our about page.
